Sunflowerfest is a three day festival of music, art, fun and sunshine for everyone. Set in the beautiful countryside on Tubby’s farm, Hillsborough, Sunflowerfest is an eco-friendly festival with an emphasis on sustainability, good healthy locally produced food and a sense of community, tolerance, sharing and fun!

We are looking for traders, alternative therapists and peddlers of the bizarre and unique who share our vision and ethos to apply to trade at Sunflowerfest.

There are three main trading areas:

1. Main arena – all main arena traders must have their own unit/gazebo

- pitches can be 6m x 3m or 3m x 3m

In this area we are looking for:

*Hot Food Traders who will provide our visitors with high quality, healthy, tasty treats (with locally produced ingredients) at a reasonable price

*Retail Traders who will offer high quality goods that fit with the ethos of the festival. Bizarre, quirky and unique please apply

2. Craft Village- all traders must have a 3m x 3m frontage.

Pop up 3m x 3m marquees can be provided

In this area we are looking for:

*Snack/Beverage vendors - We are looking for a range of high quality units to provide fresh healthy snacks/ice cream/ great coffee/beverage

*Craft/Retail – We are looking for units that will offer high quality goods that fit with the ethos of the festival. As well as the bizarre and quirky we are looking for complimentary therapy products (to compliment the therapies that will be offered at the festival)

*Cold Food – Eg. Turkish Delight/Bread/Sandwiches/Oil/muffins/chocolate   etc

3. Complementary Therapies Area

Calling all therapists, sharmans, yogis, psychics, healers…We want to hear from you all!

Please note: All therapists will be responsible for collecting their fees from the clients. We ask that therapists charge reasonable prices and offer shorter sessions which will be affordable to more of our visitors.

Site Fees for a therapist’s stand are included in the application form.

*Village area

We envisage having some therapists working around the village area – those therapists who can work on clients in a chair or on a table for example eg Indian head massage, back massage, reflexology etc who can offer short sessions where peace and quiet is not essential to the overall experience and enjoyment (2 therapists can share a 3m x 3m pop up marquee)

* Meditation/Therapy area:

Amble down the winding grassy path towards the glade of mystery & surprises next to the pond of tranquility…

Other therapies including yoga, relaxation, meditation, reiki will be located here. It will also be a chill out area for people who just want to ‘be’ and to have time out from the festivities around the main arena
