Sunflowerfest Ltd trading as Sunflowerfest 2012 reserves the right to cancel or change the date of Sunflowerfest 2012. In the event of a cancellation your ticket price will be refunded. In the event of a change of date, your ticket will be transferrable.”

Ticket Purchasing
Please print and retain your Paypal/HMV receipt as proof of purchase. Printed tickets will be forwarded closer to the time. Please bring these to gain access to the festival. By purchasing tickets, you agree to our terms and conditions of sale.

Terms
- tickets are non-refundable
- For those purchasing their tickets at the gate please note only cash will be accepted. Â Credit/debit card facilities will not be available.
- Gates open at 10am on Friday 17th August. Weekend campers are invited to stay over to the Monday 20th August but will be required to vacate the premises by no later than midday that day.
- For all Day ticket holders – gates open at 10am on all 3 days and you must leave the premises by 1am.
- Camping is only offered to those who purchase the all inclusive festival/camping tickets
- Opportunities to pay to upgrade your tickets (subject to availability) will be available at the gate. You will need your ticket stub/proof of purchase price to do so. If you do wish to upgrade we recommend you do this sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.
- Sunflowerfest Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission if you are under age and not accompanied by an adult (18+); if you are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or if you behave aggressively to others
- Sunflowerfest Ltd is unable to accept liability for personal damage or injuries, or loss/damage to property or motor vehicles
- Ticket holders will be subject to search on entry
- Strictly no glass – glass will be confiscated on entry to festival and campsites
- No alcohol may be brought onto festival site – There will be a reasonably priced “off licence” available to buy alcohol on site.
- Strictly no fires – please use the designated areas for cooking.
- Cigarette butts can be a fire hazard. Please dispose of responsibly and use the disposal receptacles provided.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the stages/marquees
- Festival goers & their children may be filmed and sound recorded, as part of the audience. By purchasing a festival ticket, every ticket holder agrees to allow photos, sound recordings and film to be reproduced for promotional purposes, of themselves & their children.
- Parking facilities are available for a small fee but patrons are encouraged to use public transport, bicycles, balloons, row boats or other forms of green transport if possible
- Children under 13 i.e. 12 and under are admitted free, but must be accompanied by a ticket paying adult (18+). A maximum of 2 children per adult. Parents are required to write their mobile number on the child’s wristband on entering the site (in case of emergencies).
- 13-17 year olds must purchase a ticket and be accompanied by a ticket paying adult (18+)
- Bring ID to verify age and identity
- Warning: Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Ear plugs are recommended. Strobe lighting will also be in use.
- Any ticket holder with a medical condition should make themselves known to the Medical team on duty when they arrive and should wear a wrist band with relevant medical information in case of emergency.
